Following the success of last year’s Cricket Week, we’re excited to begin preparations for this year’s event, taking place from 11th–15th August 2025. We’re now looking to confirm player availability and would appreciate it if you could send yours through by the last week of June, to help us begin selecting teams.
If anyone is interested in providing teas, umpiring or helping out on one (or more) of the match days, please do get in touch — your support would be greatly appreciated.
We’re pleased to confirm that this year’s matches will be held at Chatham and Clarendon Grammar School, Chatham Street, Ramsgate, and we have a full week of fixtures lined up:
- 11th August: Old Ruymians CC vs Nelson CC
- 12th August: Old Ruymians CC vs Thanet Wanderers RUFC
- 13th August: Old Ruymians CC vs London Strollers
- 14th August: Old Ruymians CC vs XL Club
- 15th August: Old Ruymians CC vs Alexandra Park CC
Match fees this year are:
- £15 for your first game (includes Old Ruymians' Club membership and match tea)
- £5 per game thereafter
Additionally, a reminder that the Old Ruymians Club AGM takes place for full Members on Saturday 28th June at 4:30pm, followed by the OR Club Dinner at 6:30pm for Members and their Guests who have booked.
